Take a look at these submissions from Bob and Andy.  These are great examples of All American youth football drills that can work with all age groups. All American Youth Football

From Bob…
The football drill I used last season which I have not seen any team ever do, for 7 and 8 year olds–I think it’s great for any age, probably running backs mostly.

They line up for agility drills at 15 yard distance, three to four lines of players. First hopping on one foot backwards and switching feet on their next turn up, and when they are done, I have them go forward on each foot.

By the end of the season they were good at it.

From Andy…
Here is a drill our kids love.
First a tackling dummy is set up 7 yards away with a football positioned on top.
Then the player is to get in a 3 point stance with a coach holding a shiver between the player and the dummy. Another coach blows the whistle and the player must get by the coach and tackle the dummy knocking the football to the ground. He must then roll off and recover the football.
