Wing T Football Plays

Unfortunately we don’t see the Wing-T Formation in the upper levels of football anymore. In many ways the game has simply passed by the formation. But the Wing-T is still being run effectively in some football programs. This is good because watching Wing-T football plays unfold is a beautiful thing.

Football Quarterback Drills

One of the most important players – if not the most important player - on any football team is the quarterback. He’s certainly the guy that gets the credit when the team plays well and he’s the guy that gets the blame when the team plays poorly. Add this drill for defensive linemen to your list of football coaching resources. A defensive lineman often has to hold a block to fill a gap or a hole, and then must shed it to make a tackle.
