For years we struggled with how to get our running backs to “run down hill”. We came up with some simple, but effective football practice drills that we do at every practice, without fail. We do this football drill during our position warm up (we dropped team warm ups early on).
The idea for these football conditioning drills is to reduce the pre-practice warm-up time and use sports specific skills while doing so. We came up with this sports specific warm-up football drill and it only takes 15 minutes.
