Football Training Drills – The Mighty Duck
We call these football training drills the “mighty duck”. This football drill works for both defense and offense.
Football Plays – Bunch Set
These football plays helped us capture the second state championship. As most everyone is familiar with the Bunch set, both of these football plays are run from this set.
Football Lineman Drills – 20 Seconds of Hell
This is one of my favorite football lineman drills that is great for high school level to teach the defensive line to keep their motor going and shedding blocks. It also helps with the offensive line delivering positioning blocks. I call it 20 seconds of hell.

Here is one of the football wide receiver drills that I created to do with my wide receivers that is a little off the wall! The players really enjoy it because: 1) it’s challenging and 2) because it simulates just about every catch in the game.
Football Coach – Stop Watch Drill and Teamwork
If you’re a youth football coach, (8-10 years olds especially) I’m sure you are aware that they tend to lose focus easy-especially on hot days. I noticed that when we ran sprints most of them were struggling, and they were not giving me 110%.
