There is a very simple football drill that players can perform before practice each day. All the drill requires is for players to play catch with each other. Each player should concentrate on how to catch the ball with their hands in front of them and then tuck it away as soon as possible.

Players should also perform youth football drills that teach them how to carry the football. It’s important to carry a ball correctly so that the ball won’t be fumbled or stripped by a defender.
