- Stand approximately 10 feet from partner.
- Perform lateral slide while passing the medicine ball back and forth to each other.
- Slide for roughly 10 yards, then slide back the other way.
- Down and is one set.
- Do five sets.
- Make short crisp passes.
- Don’t crossover your feet, push with the feet and slide.
