Side Shuffles with Medicine Ball


  1. Stand approximately 10 feet from partner.
  2. Perform lateral slide while passing the medicine ball back and forth to each other.
  3. Slide for roughly 10 yards, then slide back the other way.
  4. Down and is one set.
  5. Do five sets.

Coaching Tips

  • Make short crisp passes.
  • Don’t crossover your feet, push with the feet and slide.
