To work on reaction time and hands.
- Start facing a wall with your back to your partner.
- Partner throws a ball off the wall without any notice.
- Player catches the ball as it bounces off the wall.
- Give the ball back to your partner and repeat for 10 total catches.
- Complete one more set.
- To increase the difficulty of the drill you can switch to one hand catches.
- For an even bigger challenge substitute a tennis ball in for the football.
