I have been coaching ages from 6 years old up to 15 and as a defensive coach I always emphasize the proper tackling form. For this matter I use a progression of football tackling drills as follows: The 3 are very well known drills, but drill number 3 has a small "twist" that has made it MUCH MORE effective for my tacklers.
