Purpose:
Players will work through a series of drills designed to improve their ball handling and ball security.
Setup:
Players will spread out in the field with a football.


Instructions:
- Each technique should be practiced for 30 seconds to a minute before moving on to the next one.
- Players will start by bending over and passing the ball around their right leg, then left leg, then doing a figure 8 between both legs, and finishing at the waist.
- Next, they will hold the ball between both legs, low to the ground, with their right arm in front and their left arm behind their leg. They will then switch, flipping their right arm to the back and left arm to the front and catching the ball before it hits the ground.
