We demonstrate a great technique that will allow for proper execution of a handoff, a throw or a tuck and run play.

Quarterback Fundamentals: The Cradle Drill

The “Cradle” drill is an excellent drill to use for warming up your Quarterbacks.   Players run from cone to cone in a straight line at three quarter speed, grasping the football securely and paying close attention to proper string position.   Your players are also going to focus on never letting the ball be seen from his back side.
